Devoteam Group, the leading digital consulting company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Solutions by stc, the leading enabler of digital transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This MoU aims to explore and pursue investment and collaboration opportunities globally in the technology field and related sectors.
The memorandum of understanding was signed after Solutions completed its acquisition of 40% of Devoteam Middle East last week, following Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to France in June of last year. Various topics were discussed during the visit, such as economic cooperation and investments, which led to this acquisition.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by Stanislas de Bentzmann, CEO of Devoteam and Omer AlNomany, CEO of “solutions by stc”, along with the esteemed presence of the French Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and STC Group CEO. Within the framework of this collaboration, Devoteam aims to establish a framework with solutions by stc to explore and pursue investment and cooperation opportunities globally in the field of technology and related sectors, in addition to benefiting from the shared experiences and resources between the two parties.
