In 2018 Devoteam launched a new initiative aiming to support the youth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the EMEA region under the name Knowledge UP (KUP). The initiative aimed at enrolling fresh graduates into a 2 years hiring program in which they gain experience in ICT and Management consulting in different fields.
The program was a great success in the kingdom and helped many youngsters advance their careers with the company and gain a great deal of knowledge about the consulting field.
Last week during a knowledge Up reunion at Devoteam’s HQ in Riyadh, Eng. Osama Ghoul, Executive vice president for Devoteam Group and CEO of devoteam Middle East announced that the KUP program will be expanded for 2 more years for exceptional performing members to include 2 years of executive education courses in some of the world’s top universities.
The program had 44 students participating during the first year 45% Male and 55% Female, and since then 6 of them have been promoted to senior consultants, and 4 students will start the new executive education program immediately.
