Devoteam, an IT consulting group specialised as an ICT Transformation partner of its clients, has created the first-ever User Experience certification.
The UX-PM international certification is designed to improve the quality of mobile and digital projects and is aimed at project managers steering the creation of digital products and services. It teaches them to involve end-users in all phases of the project to ensure their support and the project’s success. It allows a unified vision of users’ needs and perceptions, and of business objectives and customer constraints.
In 2012, Devoteam took a significant step in the development of its digital and mobility offer, investing in Axance, a pioneer in user experience in digital channels. Relying on its knowledge of the world of telecoms, Devoteam built Mobile Enabler, a global offer to accompany its clients in best exploiting their mobile channels. To be sure this offer was perfectly adapted to the needs of business managers, Devoteam then developed the fundamental processes and plan for User Experience with Axance. To address new digital issues, the UX-PM certification now includes the Mobile Enabler offer.
In France, the UX-PM training (organised in 3 levels) and certification are provided in Paris by Axance, a founding member of UX Alliance. In addition to France, it is currently offered in Switzerland, Canada, Poland and India, and soon will be available in all 25 countries where UX Alliance is present.
