We were delighted to take part in our partner ServiceNow event today in Riyadh – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During this event ServiceNow announced the features of their platform’s new release “Madrid”.

This release does not only includes more than 600 innovations across the platform, with new technologies like ServiceNow® New Mobile Studio allowing anyone to build new apps quickly using drag-and-drop interface without a single line of code, but also allows to develop new apps with integrated native capabilities of mobile e.g. maps, camera, phone, etc, thus enhancing the overall mobile experience.
Agent Assist in Agent Workspace allows interaction with users consistently across channels, uses the powerful machine learning technology to scan all the incidents, figure out commonalities and propose a solution based on similar issues that have come up in past, making it faster to resolve the problem and keeping customer and employee happier.
Similarity Framework which recommends actions with the context of customer business, identify similar incidents, cases and alerts, and propose new major incidents using predictions in ServiceNow workflows.
